The Hannibal Rotary Club named Sydney Hart, Student of the Month for September 2018. The recognition luncheon meeting included the presentation of a framed certificate and denotes the top monthly HCTC student chosen by the faculty at the Hannibal Career and Technical Center.

The Rotary Club and the Hannibal Career and Technical Center believe this award reinforces the importance of training programs in our schools. Learning a skilled trade or craft enables many capable students to enter the work force and establish successful careers. This area of study and instruction aids the college bound student to succeed in various avenues of study.

The September student of the month is Sydney Hart.  Mr. Schellenberger, Drafting Instructor said this about her, "Sydney always gets right to work and she completes the work on schedule.  Sydney produces very neat and precise technical drawings."
