In the manufacturing, construction, and food service industries,  the forming and joining of metals by welding is in high demand.  Modern industry has a need for skilled craftsmen with varying degrees of technical training.  Wages for welders range from $18.50 to above  $30.00 per hour for certified welders.  Our welding class is designed to prepare students for entry level employment in many work fields such as various factory  work, pipe lines, bridge construction, shipyards including underwater construction, maintenance repair and welding engineers.
