II. OBJECTIVES :


Many years ago, Ford Motor Company had a slogan that went,”Quality is Job One”. Having worked at Ford during that time, I can assure you that it wasn’t just a slogan for advertising purposes and that they made a concerted effort to improve the quality of the product they made.

This week we introduce quality control.

V. INTRODUCTION:


Paperwork, been counters and other hated, despised, inconvenient but totally necessary components of the computer industry. Yech, Bleugh, pooey. Leaves a kind of a bad taste in your mouth doesn’t it.

VII. SUMMARY:


The Job isn’t over until the paperwork is completed. This week was spent in trying to develop an understanding as to why certain items and processes need accounting in the computer business. Here we presented scenarios to develop the need for the forms, develop the forms, fine tune the forms, and eventually use the forms of quality control.
