II. OBJECTIVES :


This weekly lesson is usually a little in a state of flux at this point. If the company has concluded we should be into networking. But usually it takes a little longer to get back onto track than the time I have allocated to the company. So I am just going to start this lesson plan as if it was a new week all of its own with networking in detail.

V. INTRODUCTION:


Some Career Day activities may occur this week but that is dependent on scheduling by other personnel. When FBLA does Computer 101, we will be there to assist but the date is not set certain.

Networking Continues as reading network maps becomes more and more difficult. Lecture on Modes of transmission and putting it into practice. Cabling Pinouts

Signaling Methods Lecture including

        Introduction to LANs

        Packets and bits

        Mathematics

        IP Addressing



VII. SUMMARY:


This is a week covering theory of networking and practical hands on aspects of cabling.
