VI. Content:

Two things to remember.

The computers assigned to you in the workplace by extension, become your computers. Take charge of them, care for them, and make them productive elements of a successful business. As the computers go, so goes your career.

Most employees in the workplace will screw up their computer sooner or later but they all think they know more than you do. But they will all need to call you to fix their screw ups from time to time.

VII. SUMMARY:

Fixit is the expression you will find most useful in your career as a technician. Few of you will have an opportunity to build a business network and computers from scratch so most of your time will be spent in troubleshooting. Learn it and use what you have learned to shine and become as indispensable an employee as you can be, but remember, no one is indispensable just some are more necessary to the company than others. Make yourself necessary.
