We continue – it is my goal to get every one familiar in rather substantial depth about Linux. I think it will replace Windows someday or at least give it a good run for its money.

VI. CONTENT:


This week continues our sojourn into Linux. It is my intent to add more Linux than is described in these lesson plans at this time. This week and the next will probably vary a good deal in the actual execution of the lessons. I wish to cover the file systems structure (Chapter 4 and 5), the Bash shell (chapter 8) and the X windows system (chapter 9) but these items will vary as the situatin permits.
