The primary role of a technician is troubleshooting. If you cant find the problem, you might as well just hang it up and be a hairdresser.

The world of technicians is a constant search for the solution to problems. How well one accomplishes this portion of their job tasking will determine their career path and indeed whether or not they have a career path at all.
