V. INTRODUCTION:

The lessons for the next three weeks are a real time experiment in the establishment and operation of a day to day computer repair company. This project is done in concert with the Tech classes and is limited to the operation, configuration and repair of the classroom network in support of the maintenance actions of the tech classes. Because this is a limited and somewhat as-needed basis operation, the classwork will include server setup during the down times.

VI. CONTENT :

The tech classes have setup a company that requires support from the network classes on an as needed basis. This week's class will include that support but will also include the continued lessons concerning the setup and configuration of the other applications of a server. The Server Configuration for enterprise functions such as DNS and DHCP will be supplemented by Applications server functions, printe server functions, file server functions, email, chat sessions, etc.

Introduction to web server applications are also included here included mms and web streaming video and audio.
