II. OBJECTIVES:


This week we continue with the router learning through some labs with fill in sheets. Again we are reading from the Cisco Lab books and not any of the text chapters.

V. INTRODUCTION:


This weeks lesson concentrates on the Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP).



VI. CONTENT :


In the ongoing process of learning the various router commands, this week we present the Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP).


We will rebuild the network according to the standard classroom setup. We will then initiate a CDP session.

We will learn how to establish a Hyper terminal session and how to record the status of the router and its configuration.
