Marketing I & 2

Marketing I

Marketing I is an introduction to marketing and management principles.  This class meets one block every other day for two semesters.  This course is recommended for students planning a career in a marketing or business related field.  Such topics covered include are advertising, free enterprise system, economics, store operation, human relations, business math, new product development, and preparation for employment.



Marketing II

Marketing II is an advancement from the Marketing I course.  This class also meets one block every other day for two semesters. Such topics covered are visual merchandising & display, marketing research, advanced selling techniques, and principles of marketing management.  Students will complete a research project on the topic of their choice.  There will also be field trips taken to tour local businesses.
