Blank Sign-up Sheet This is what we use and copy our students into Column A. We then post the above Event Summary and the sign-up sheet in our rooms. When everyone has signed up, we then sort it by events so we can determine if we have the correct number entered in each event.

Thank you all for your patience throughout preparing for contest and
helping us the day of contest.
What is the week our students
will be taking skill tests?
You may begin testing after we email tests to
proctors and they have developed a testing schedule for your students.
The skill test window is January 8 - January 22. These will be submitted electronically/on-line again this year. Have your students practice the procedures for submitting!
Are we testing on-line with the same events state is
taking on-line?
ALL written tests will be
online for District and State Contest.
What is the week for the written on-line
testing?
February 1-February 8, 2013 from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30
p.m.
By what date do you need other materials such as
resumes, web sites, video productions, etc.?
ALL submissions must be ready and submitted online by Tuesday, January
22.
Please encourage your students to attend the District
Contest on February 26. We have activities, speeches, voting, and much,
much more for the morning, as well as the recognition of all the
students who placed in the events, of course.
It will be a fun day!
