Blank Sign-up Sheet This is what we use and copy our students into Column A. We then post the above Event Summary and the sign-up sheet in our rooms. When everyone has signed up, we then sort it by events so we can determine if we have the correct number entered in each event.

What is the week our students
will be taking skill tests?
You may begin testing after we email tests to
proctors and they have developed a testing schedule for your students.
The skill test window is January 9 - postmarked by January 20, 2012. These will be submitted electronically/on-line this year. Be watching for the new procedures!
Are we testing on-line with the same events state is
taking on-line?
ALL written tests will be
online for District Contest. State has a partial list of the written
tests.
What is the week for the written on-line
testing?
January 30-February 3, 2012 from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30
p.m.
By what date do you need other materials such as
resumes, web sites, video productions, etc.?
ALL submissions must be postmarked by Friday, January
20.
Please encourage your students to attend the District
Contest on February 21. We have activities, speeches, voting, and much,
much more for the morning, as well as the recognition of all the
students who placed in the events, of course.
It will be a fun day!
